The mission of Dallas Services is to enable individuals with disabilities and other special needs to achieve their potential by fostering community inclusiveness and independence.

Dallas Services believes that people of all abilities have a right to learn, grow and play, without barriers, in our community. We are committed to providing affordable, inclusive and unique pre-school learning opportunities and low vision services to all children and their families in our culturally and economically diverse community. We also support our special needs awareness and advocacy program for families which includes a low cost testing & evaluation center.
